Payments are processed securely through your 1Roof Wallet or Holara Tokens. If a rental requires a deposit, the amount is held securely and released once the item is returned in good condition. Transparent pricing ensures no hidden fees, and you can always review deposit terms before booking.
If an item is damaged or lost during your rental period, Rentifi has built-in protection plans to help resolve issues. Depending on the rental agreement, you may be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. Owners can also choose to waive damages in the spirit of the “pay-it-forward” model.
If the item is available for locker pickup, you’ll receive a secure access code once your reservation is confirmed. Simply visit the selected locker location, enter the code, and retrieve your rental at your convenience. Returning the item works the same way—just drop it off at the designated locker before your rental period ends.
